On Door Trials
We do NOT offer on door trial while the courier waits. This is to prevent loss and damage of items. We have a 3 day exchange and refund policy.
Exchange & Refunds

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exchange & Refund Fees
Standard fees of 125 EGP are to be paid for exchange or refunds which includes the shipping process, packaging, cleaning, and restock fees.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once the item is picked up by the courier, it is returned to the warehouse to be inspected. Once our team ensures it's in the same condition, we will contact you to initiate the refund process. Refunds take 5-7 business days.
Exchange & Refund Payment Method
Items are inspected upon returning to the warehouse to ensure they are in the same condition. Once approved, refunds are done through a Bank transfer or Wallet Transfer, with the deduction of the Exchange/ Refund fees. Refunds take 5-7 business days.
Sale Items
Sale items can only be exchanged in size/color within 3 days if stock is available. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Delivery Attempts
Couriers will attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times before cancelling the order and returning it back to our warehouse. We urge customers to receive their orders on the first attempt to avoid potential delays.
Damaged & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours to be eligible for an exchange/ refund - if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Amending Orders
Amending orders is possible as long as it hasn't been dispatched. This includes size amendments & address amendments. DM us on instagram or email us with the required changes. Once an order is with the courier, it can only be exchanged or refunded, not amended.
