Standard fees of 150 EGP are to be paid for exchange or refunds which includes the shipping process, packaging, cleaning, and restock fees.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A picture of the front and back of the item needs to be uploaded to ensure the item is in the same condition as received.

Sale items can only be exchanged in size/color within 3 days if stock is available. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & refunds take 5-7 business days.
